Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day, if available

Shipping Carriers

We may use carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other trusted shipping providers depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Fresh'N Co. LTD. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible at info@freshntp.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. Fresh'N Co. LTD. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the carrier.

If your package appears to be lost or delayed, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. You may also reach out to us at info@freshntp.com, and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3–7 days of delivery at info@freshntp.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward a resolution.

Domestic and International Shipping

We currently ship to [United States only / select countries / worldwide].

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. Fresh'N Co. LTD. is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
